We do have enough courses that are offered online to complete the certificate. Not everything is offered every semester, so it does take some planning.
It always makes sense to start with the required introductory class, HRT 335. However, because of the availability of courses (only HRT 335 and AEN 341 are offered year-round), you can take a different course to start.
Depending on what is offered, students have been able to finish the certificate in one semester. It’s more popular to take one class per semester for four semesters. Because of the variability of when courses are offered, many online students start in the summer and finish the next summer.

While moving to Kentucky could be beneficial for taking in-person courses, you may still be required to pay non-resident costs for those courses.
